Frequently Asked Questions
If my institution is interested in working with AQC, what is the first step?
Please contact AQC to schedule a time to talk. Having a conversation does not mean you are obligated to hire AQC.
My institution wants to hire AQC, what happens next?
AQC will create a preliminary service agreement that outlines the project description, scope of work, proposed timeline and then solicit input from the institution. Once in agreement, AQC will provide a final service agreement that includes price.
How does AQC determine fee?
The fee structure is project-based, not an hourly rate. When considering a project fee, AQC focuses on the value it provides to the client, not just the time spent. AQC considers the project’s depth, intellectual requirements, and “deliverables” included.
What about travel expenses?
When travel is required for the project, travel expenses will be included as part of the project fee.
What about confidentiality?
As a matter of professional consulting ethics, AQC maintains a strict practice of confidentiality. AQC does not disclose or discuss client matters with others unless requested by client.
